JOB SUMMARY:
A renowned transport company is looking for a CRM Lead to join their team based in Johannesburg!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As CRM Lead you will be accountable for:

Work within Business Development team to strengthen and expand customer base.
Evaluate, create and implement an effective CRM strategy.
Improve market penetration rate through the use of adequate marketing toolkit.
Increase the retention rate of current customer base.
Evaluate and report on the various communication channels used and the effectiveness of each.
Manage communication platforms with current and potential customer base.
Develop and implement communication strategy with current and potential customer base.
Identify ways to segment customer base and identify synergies between segments.
Create automated journeys to enhance and track customer retention.
Report back on CRM performance and optimize strategy accordingly.

Attributes Required:

Excellent Marketing and Communication skills supported by written communication and copywriting acumen.
Analytical and data-driven.
Technology orientated with a deep understanding of sophisticated CRM Tools and marketing automation software (like Salesforce and Braze)
A strong working knowledge of Google sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
Experience building triggered/lifecycle campaigns (advantageous)
Experience creating personalised marketing campaigns (advantageous)

Qualification & Experience:

5+ years working in an Marketing/CRM-related role
Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing/Communications/Computer Science
Experience in an e-commerce environment will be advantageous
