JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be an analytical self-starter with decisive judgment and a strong commercial acumen, who has an inquisitive mind and enjoys working on data-driven solutions for this consumer business. Our client is ideally looking for an incumbent that has experience in customer insights and engagement initiatives.

Develop the consumer journey strategy, and ensure the execution across channels aligns the market on a common Omnichannel vision regarding customer experience Continuously improve the consumer experience from acquisition to onboarding to retention to drive both customer satisfaction and business growth. Analyse and design the Omni-channel consumer journey and consumer experience, based on Omnichannel customer feedback and internal and external data & insights. Define the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion), onboarding and loyalty strategy

Assist in the development and implementation of a Customer Insights strategy. Initiate CRM activities to increase customers’ consumption and build loyalty. Target and optimize all direct marketing actions through database segmentation and perform return on investment analyses. Understand client behavior and consumption patterns across all channels to plan and anticipate trends through statistical analysis of the customer base and commercial figures.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • Degree preferably in Marketing and/or Business
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer acquisition strategies as a CRM Manager
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms
  • Proven and successful background in developing customer insights campaigns across a large database of customers
  • Deep knowledge of customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Understand the business environment, market intelligence, consumer behavior and trends
  • Understand customer flow in the omnichannel setting
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office
