I’m building a talent pipeline of Sales Engineers with experience in selling capital equipment across industries like mining, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, and beyond. If you understand the full project lifecycle and thrive on long sales cycles with big returns—this one’s for you.

ð« Non-Negotiable Requirements

A degree or similar technical qualification (mechanical, industrial, or electrical preferred)
Proven track record in capital equipment sales
South African citizenship with national travel flexibility
Driver’s license

âï¸ Skills & Experience That Stand Out

Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and technical proposals
Exposure to industries such as mining, materials handling, manufacturing, or agri-processing
Ability to work closely with project teams, engineers, and procurement decision-makers
Confident in delivering ROI-driven solutions to high-level clients
