SUMMARY:

DBN000085 – CENTRE OPERATIONS MANAGER – DBN WEST

Purpose of the Job:
Building inspections, management and control of service and maintenance contractors, tenant installations and execution of relevant building activities as predetermined by property and centre managers.

Required Qualifications:
1. Electrical, Mechanical or Construction background.
2. Technical Skills recommended

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Basic contract management
Building Management & Administration
Tenant Installations, Revamps & Upgrades
People Management (Internal & External)
Manage aspects like cleaning, security and allocation of building sites.
Housekeeping inspections in accordance with inspection programme
Reinstatement inspections
