SUMMARY:
MTS's client in the Mining sector is looking for a proficient Change Manager to lead and oversee the change management team on large-scale change initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a PROSCI Certification and a minimum of 7-10 years of change management and people management experience. Will manage 5-10 employees.

Working Model : Hybrid (3 days office and 2 days remote work with occasional travel as required.)

POSITION INFO:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, with a Masterâs degree preferred.
PROSCI Certification.
Minimum of 7-10 years of change management experience
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale change initiatives.
Strong track record of successful stakeholder engagement and management.
Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team of change management professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
