Our client in the mining industry is looking for a dynamic Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts.
This role is all about people—helping employees embrace change, building resilience, and driving engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to embed change into organizational culture.
Design and deliver communication plans that inspire clarity and confidence.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support employees through transitions.
Monitor and measure change effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

A relevant degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
6+ years’ experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation.
Professional certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, Kotter) highly advantageous.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
