Skills and Experience:

Qualification:

Degree in Human Resources / Business Management

Skills and experience:

Minimum 4 years'' experience in a change manager role
Knowledgeable on a wide variety of business regulation and business processes
Facilitation Skills

Key Accountabilities:

Reporting into the Executive Head and Programme Change Manager, the Change Manager should be able to deliver business value against the below disciplines:

Change Management
Learning and Development
Communication and Awareness
Organisational Development
Business Readiness
