Channel Sales Specialist (CCTV)

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: East London, Nelspruit, Polokwane, South Africa

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Region Channel Development and Management

1. Follow up with the target Region, establishing the customer database.
2. Regularly communicate with customer to promote long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction through business visit, training, daily communication and interactions.
3. Understand the organizational structure and requirements of customers to establish and improve customer profile.
4. Provide training and other sales support to satisfy customer’s business opportunities.
5. Travel around the target region to do market survey.

Business Opportunities’ Management

1. Focus customer information collection and new channel developments in region.
2. Establish and implement strategy of key region opportunities.
3. Weekly review and follow up the business opportunities to plan.

Product Introduction

1. Coordinate product and marketing department to develop and implement product strategy for key customers according their requirements.
2. Evaluate product promotion from business opportunities and output.

Marketing

1. Coordinate with marketing department to cooperate customer’s marketing activities according their requirements.
2. Invite customers to participate in the company or National Distributor’s marketing activities.

MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 2 years working experiences in security industry / CCTV and worked as channel sales.
2. Have great experience in creating, developing and managing relationships with customers.
3. South Africa citizen or South Africa Permanent Resident
4. Strong analytical ability
5. Problem-solving aptitude
6. Ability to work independently
7. Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
8. Have own available vehicle
9. Strong team spirit
10. Have worked with people who have different culture background
