We’re searching for a Head of Client Partners (Chief Insights Orchestrator) to lead a continentâwide transformation—elevating client partnerships from traditional research delivery into AIâaugmented, strategic advisory excellence across Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Join an insightsâdriven organisation that is reinventing how businesses engage with data, products, and predictive intelligence. This role will spearhead the evolution of three Client Partners and their teams into futureâready advisors who blend human expertise with AIâpowered storytelling. You will partner closely with Data Sciences leadership to drive productâled growth across key sectors including telco, banking, retail, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the transformation of Client Partners into AIâenabled strategic advisors through structured 120âday capability roadmaps
Orchestrate collaboration with Data Sciences teams to embed predictive models into client journeys and ROIâdriven storytelling
Drive Câsuite relationships, enhancing retention and expansion through continuous insight and sentiment monitoring
Align crossâfunctional roadmaps with Product and Data Science teams to convert multiâsource insights into influential content
Establish KPIs, governance, and agile feedback loops that enable a highâperforming humanâAI hybrid advisory capability

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, Insights, or a related field
- Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling (advantageous)
Experience:
- 12+ years in insights, consulting, CX, or strategy, with 5+ years leading teams in productâled research
- Proven success in African markets and AIâdriven transformation
- Strong track record engaging the Câsuite and driving revenue growth
Skills
- Hybrid leadership—coaching teams in AI literacy, insight storytelling, and CRM orchestration
- Ability to operate in matrix structures with Data Science / Technology divisions
- Deep understanding of ESOMAR ethics, predictive advisory, and insight commercialisation

- Ability to merge human intelligence with AIâpowered outputs to influence executive decisionâmaking
