POSITION INFO:

As Chief Financial Officer, you will join the executive leadership team and take full ownership of the financial strategy, governance, and commercial growth of the business. This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with the CEO and Board to shape long-term strategy, optimise financial performance, and strengthen operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive financial strategy, planning, and performance across all business divisions.
Oversee risk management, governance, and compliance in alignment with group objectives.
Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and decision support for the executive team.
Optimise financial systems, processes, and capital structures to support growth.
Build and mentor a strong finance team committed to continuous improvement and excellence.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification required.
Experience: Minimum 10 years post-articles experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive financial leadership role.
Industry Exposure: Proven track record in manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace sectors.
Skills: Strong expertise in strategic finance, governance, ERP systems, and stakeholder engagement.
Other: Commercially astute, analytically sharp, and driven by innovation and excellence.
