An entity within the development, learner ship, training and up-skilling is looking for a a Chief Investment Officer to join their team.

Qualifications:

• MBA

Skills:

• Understanding of the B-BBEE codes
• 8 years specific investment experience within the investment space
• Knowledge of major types of investments and markets
• In depth experience in South African investment market.

Job description:

• Identify potential strategic investment trends and opportunities.
• Take a tactical leadership role in decision making on investments
• Make sound recommendations about where to invest funds and make changes according to market conditions and investment strategies.
• Establish efficient and well-organized investment processes
• Conduct or oversee analysis of investment portfolios.
• Collaborate with CEO and Executives to coordinate the developments of strong investment committees.
