An entity within the development, learner ship, training and up-skilling is looking for a a Chief Investment Officer to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

MBA

Skills:

Understanding of the B-BBEE codes
8 years specific investment experience within the investment space
Knowledge of major types of investments and markets
In depth experience in South African investment market.

Job description:

Identify potential strategic investment trends and opportunities.
Take a tactical leadership role in decision making on investments
Make sound recommendations about where to invest funds and make changes according to market conditions and investment strategies.
Establish efficient and well-organized investment processes
Conduct or oversee analysis of investment portfolios.
Collaborate with CEO and Executives to coordinate the developments of strong investment committees.
