SUMMARY:
A well-established advisory firm based on the East Rand is looking for a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to join their team!

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Education: Post Graduate Degree with a Major in Investment Management or relevant field

Minimum Experience: 8 years investment experience

Duties and Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter Holder will be advantageous
MBA and / or Chartered Accountant (CA) will be a distinct advantage
Skilled in investment management and decision making with knowledge of portfolio management
Proficient in asset allocation and equity investments
Knowledge of major investments and markets
Knowledge of South African investment market
Understanding of investment risks
Strong understanding of valuation, accounting and economic principles across different industries
