Chief Operating Officer, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria area

POSITION INFO:

Our client a non-profit organisation, is seeking a dynamic COO to join their team

Working hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours per day) example - 08h00 – 16h00 without lunch or 08:00 – 16:30 with a 30 min lunch break

Minimum requirements:

B Com Degree in Accounting
Be well versed in Accounting and Financial Management
5+ years working experience in Finances, Personnel and Office Administration
Pastel Accounting
Excel – spreadsheets and graphs
VIP Payroll would be an advantage
MS Office, Outlook and Internet

Duties will include but is not limited to:

Management and supervision of general office logistics and personnel
Management of complete financial system on Pastel
Monthly marking of salaries and cashbook
Managing budgets
Drawing up yearly budgets
Manage the utilizations and maintenance of all facilities and buildings
Drafting of agendas and typing of minutes for executives and the leadership
