JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Client Care Manager within the debt counselling field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience in managing a large team comprising of Debt Counsellors, Supervisors, Administrative Staff and PDA
An excellent understanding of the spending behaviour of consumers, types of credit agreements
Excellent knowledge of sections of the NCA pertaining to debt review, PDA processes as well as the Task Team Agreement and other NCR published guidelines
An excellent understanding of the law and process that must be followed when issuing of Clearance Certificates

Minimum Requirements

At least 6 years experience in the debt review industry
Matric or University Graduate
Registered with the NCR
