POSITION INFO:

The job:

• Attend to new business documentation, renewals, endorsements and confirmations.
• Accurate management of customer information.
• Handle queries with professionalism and tact.
• Perform related administative and account management functions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• FAIS Qualification.
• Full Insurance Qualifications - RE1/RE5.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ Commercial Insurance Broker exp.
• Computer literate - MS Office (Word, Excel); Footprint, Flexi, Cardinal systems.

• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation).
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Proven problem solving and relationship management skills.
• Excellent judgement with high levels of trust and discretion.
