This long established Commercial Insurance Brokerage, North of Durban, needs your expertise as a Commercial Broker. They boast a client base that is highly esteemed in the market place.

POSITION INFO:

The job:

Attend to new business documentation, renewals, endorsements and confirmations.
Accurate management of customer information.
Handle queries with professionalism and tact.
Perform related administative and account management functions.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
FAIS Qualification.
Full Insurance Qualifications - RE1/RE5.
At least 3 to 5 years’ Commercial Insurance Broker exp.
Computer literate - MS Office (Word, Excel); Footprint, Flexi, Cardinal systems.

Competencies:

Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation).
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Proven problem solving and relationship management skills.
Excellent judgement with high levels of trust and discretion.
Self-disciplined and tenacious.
Passionate and self-motivated.
