SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic thinking, creative and commercially astute individual with outstanding communication and relationship building abilities looking for the opportunity to take the reigns as a Commercial General Manager of an incredible international company within the agricultural and manufacturing industry?

POSITION INFO:

An ideal candidate will have:

BSc. / B Tech or similar relevant tertiary qualification within the Agricultural/ Finance/ Engineering/ Chemical or similar fields. (Postgraduate degree in commerce/business will be highly advantageous)
Previous experience in a similar role with international business exposure
Extensive experience with market research methods/analysis, developing and optimization of brand strategies and brand awareness, coupled with solid knowledge of budgeting, risk management and performance reporting.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Be a member of the relevant industry boards and associations (Highly advantageous)
Previous experience with end-to-end management oversight of international trademark, patent and design (Highly advantageous)
