Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Lead financial planning and cost management to ensure operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings and market positioning.
Manage key supplier and stakeholder relationships, negotiating contracts and optimising procurement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high operational standards.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior commercial, operational, or business management role within the logistics industry.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive teams and business objectives.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A relevant degree or qualification in business, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
