JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the chemical industry has an EE opportunity available for a Commercial Manager: Food and Beverage to be based in the Germiston area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

B Degree relevant to the SBS of Food and Beverage
A commercial qualification will be an added advantage.
10+ years deep experience providing expert competence
Minimum 3-5 years' business experience in the Food and Beverage industry
Must have the commercial acumen and the technical knowledge within the Food and Beverage industry
Deep understanding of principal management, sales, marketing, and business development
Essential proven experience in delivering sustainable value in large projects.
Valid code 8 driver’s license.
Proven record in developing strategic initiatives and implementing them
Strong negotiation skills and able to manage SLA processes, tender management
Coaching skills
Good understanding of the mining industry
6-10 years managerial experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework

KPAs:

Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex potential accounts to build key relationships at local and national levels.
Sales Opportunities Creation
Sell Customer Propositions
Develop internal marketing plans
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
Business Planning
Budgeting and Costing
Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility
Operational Compliance
Create a business development plan to identify, evaluate, and structure key transactions to ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation through the entire product life cycle
