Commercial Sales Manager Mozambique

SUMMARY:
Based in Machava, role is fully accountable for leading the sales, marketing, communications and distribution functions while constantly ensuring the optimal route to market.

POSITION INFO:

Functions

• Enhance Customer Service through account development, order management, delivery, merchandising, and customer relationship management.
• Direct and Control marketing activations and promotional campaigns across full product suite.
• Develop and execute volume plans from a channel, brand, pack, price and execute on discount mandates.
• Cost Benefit Analysis on promotion activity.
• Drive route to market efficiencies through order generation, account development, merchandising, distribution and training.
• Ensure high level of corporate governance across all commercial teams and meeting the highest ethical standards.
• Routing and Scheduling networks.
• Execution of the commercial business plan including the following areas: Market Activation ROI, Market Share, Store Execution & Customer Complaints / Voice of Customer
• Leading, managing & developing a high performing country team
• Ensures commercial division complies with company QA, SHE, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practice), GHPs (Good Hygiene Practice) and all other company SOPs & deadlines
• Responsible for the company corporate risk controls & ensuring compliance with legal & company requirements
• Achieving Financial KPI’s and managing expenditure and costs
• EBITDA growth through revenue growth management principles.
• Manage the income statement of the business together with the Executive Team, specifically revenue and gross profit.

Requirements

• B.com Post Graduate/Honours or equivalent
• Highly effective communication (English) both verbally (presenting to all levels) and in writing.
• Experience in Commercial - FMCG specifically; Sales, Marketing, Route to Market, Merchandising and Logistics.
• Financial Acumen
• Mozambican citizens only
