JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to provide support in all compensation and benefits related matters for the team, including the reporting and analysis of HR related data/metrics.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • University Degree in Information technology or Data Science
  • At least 3 years in data management and analytics
  • A strong command of Google Sheets/ Excel with the ability to write advanced formulas
  • Excellent analytical skills
Key duties:
  • Define data strategy and producing complete data mapping of the existing HR data to
  • identify sources, volumes, evaluate data quality and potential gaps to fill
  • Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Helping to develop reports and analysis.
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of C&B projects.
