JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to provide support in all compensation and benefits related matters for the team, including the reporting and analysis of HR related data/metrics.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

University Degree in Information technology or Data Science
At least 3 years in data management and analytics
A strong command of Google Sheets/ Excel with the ability to write advanced formulas
Excellent analytical skills

Key duties:

Define data strategy and producing complete data mapping of the existing HR data to
identify sources, volumes, evaluate data quality and potential gaps to fill
Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary
Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Helping to develop reports and analysis.
Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of C&B projects.
