SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Construction Support Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of multiple projects while contributing to the continued growth and sustainability of the business. Someone who combines strong project leadership, commercial awareness, financial acumen and client relationship skills.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field. 4-8 years'' experience within a contractor environment and\/or consulting environment. Strong knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, including: NEC GCC FIDIC Excellent financial, analytical and negotiation skills . Valid driver''s licence. Willingness to travel and work across multiple projects. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. Lead, mentor and support project teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure effective financial control and risk mitigation across projects. Deliver exceptional client service and develop long-term client partnerships. Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the growth and sustainability of the business. Manage and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining quality and commercial standards. Apply strong contractual and commercial knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.
