JOB SUMMARY:
One of our clients who is in the consulting industry is looking for a Consulting Senior Manager, Do you have at least 5 years in a senior management role? Do you have a good understanding of process automation RPA, and a good understanding of commercial and open- source RPA tools and products available in the market? You should apply for the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description includes but not limited to:

Support the Consulting Business Unit in driving and implementing its strategy, enhancing its revenue generation, and growing the business.
Support various business processes teams in the delivery of Business Transformation for clients using Business Process management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methods whilst leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics and other BPM and BPR enablers.
Support the Outsourcing Business Unit to develop clients’ value propositions for outsourcing services through shared services outsourcing advisory.
Prepares and contributes to the design of client workshops.
Act as strategic advisor to clients, constantly transferring knowledge to them.
Contributes to business development for the Consulting Business Unit, expertly advising and influencing the management team with regards to value added opportunities and risks.
Provides coordination of solution development, pricing model and sales strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: Degree in IT / CA.
Desired Qualifications: MBA or equivalent (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc).
Minimum Experience: 6+ years working experience in Core Competency areas.
Desired Experience 5 years in a senior management role.
Private Sector or Big SOE experience an advantage.

Good understanding of process automation and RPA including a good understanding of commercial and open- source RPA tools and products available in the market.
Fair knowledge and understanding of Data Management and Analytics.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Proven business developer, sales ability, skilled at persuasion and negotiation.
Proven and sustainable business relationships.
Demonstrated management of profitable large accounts and execution of complex projects.
Demonstrated contribution to development/upskilling of advisees and junior colleagues.
Soundly skilled in providing vision and strategy for client proposals.
Excellent report writing skills.
Good financial knowledge.
Significant business acumen.
Track record of Innovative business process optimization and re-engineering implementations at different industry clients.
