SUMMARY:
Leading FMCG Group requires a Financial Accountant to be responsible for full Financial Accounting and Analysis such as Negotiations, Legal Agreements and Due Diligence including presentations to Board of Directors.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

Qualified CA (SA)
Completed Articles, preferably at one of the big 4 Firms
3 Years'' Post Articles experience with a listed or global entity
Knowledge and experience with Due Diligence, Legal Contracts, Capital Markets, JSE Listing Requirements and Companies Act
