A prominent blue-chip company is looking for a Corporate Financial Manager to join its flourishing company. Operating locally, and across various countries, this company is moving forward and making its mark as a household brand that many South Africans are familiar with and trust. The suitable individual should be organized and must have strong management experience.

Your duties will include:

Managing the transaction advisory and valuation space
Managing due diligence and valuation
Dealing with JSE listing requirements
Manage operational and financial analysis
Dealing within the financial modeling space

Education.

Qualified CA(SA) is essential

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 to 10 years’ commercial experience
Big 4 experience is preferred
Due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, and analytic skills are essential
Banking, insurance, financial services, or similar experience is essential
