POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and maintain standard and actual costing systems for mining equipment and machinery Analyse complex manufacturing, production, and operational cost structures Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliations, and variance analysis Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives Provide detailed analysis of WIP, finished goods, and production efficiencies Support month-end close, management reporting, and financial analysis Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve cost accuracy and efficiency Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: CIMA qualification BCom Accounting \/ Cost & Management Accounting Experience: 3-5 years' experience in Cost Accounting Experience in mining, engineering, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment essential Skills: Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability Strong understanding of costing systems and inventory control ERP system experience advantageous Apply now!
