A global manufacturing leader in the coatings and paint industry is seeking a skilled Costing Manager to take ownership of product costing and drive profitability through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
An international paint and coatings manufacturer, with a strong presence in the South African market, is looking to appoint a dynamic Costing Manager at their Johannesburg West operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full costing function, standard costing maintenance, margin analysis, and supporting operational decisions with financial insight. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing finance.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom degree in Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, or similar
5+ years' experience in a manufacturing costing environment
Strong understanding of standard costing, BOMs, and variance analysis
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment
