POSITION INFO:
We’re seeking a seasoned Energy Aftersales Manager to join a leading industrial company with a global footprint. You will be pivotal in growing the aftersales and service business in South Africa and beyond. This senior role calls for a self-motivated, strategic leader with a passion for customer success, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or related)
• Proven senior sales management experience in energy, heat exchangers, or related industries
• Strong business acumen, including P&L management and market analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
• Experience in aftersales and service-driven sales
• Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)
