A leading manufacturing organisation is looking for a dynamic and driven Costing Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg South. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a factory-based environment and enjoys partnering closely with operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

CIMA qualified or currently studying towards CIMA.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within manufacturing.
Strong costing and inventory experience.
Experience with BOMs, budgeting and factory finance processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Full costing function within the manufacturing environment.
Managing and analysing Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Monitoring production costs and improving efficiencies.
Partnering with operational teams and management.
Reporting and financial analysis to support business decisions.
