POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a credit intelligence team across multiple analytical and policy development workstreams.
Design, implement, and enhance credit intelligence policies, processes, models, and strategies.
Produce advanced statistical insights to support and improve credit decision-making.
Ensure delivery quality, analytical accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all output.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Statistics (minimum)
Relevant Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Statistics (ideal)

Experience:

6–8 years’ experience in retail credit analytics, including advanced analytics and modelling
OR 5–7 years’ experience with an Honours Degree, including SQL programming and descriptive analytics
Minimum 3 years portfolio-specific experience
Experience with credit principles, policies, and frameworks

Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
Strong planning, organising, and coordination abilities
Effective presentation, reporting, research, and project management skills

Other Requirements:

Clear criminal and credit record
