Credit and Data Analyst

My client is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Credit and Data Analyst. The successful candidate would ideally be an individual who is well-versed in data and systems management as well as credit and risk/compliance in South Africa. Duties:

• Develop data driven strategies and facilitate the credit sanctioning process.

• Design and develop provision models.
• Provide data and analytics to support the ongoing engagement with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adequate and appropriate reporting and monitoring.

• Translate metadata into visual reports.
• Establish, update and share a data dictionary with the stakeholders
• Engage with IT and business to establish areas of engagement within data analytics.
• Establish and manage customer monitoring structures and processes.

Education:

• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Science and Engineering

Experience:

• Min. 4 years experience Credit and Lending Data analytics and modelling
• Min. 4 years experience in Provision Modelling
• SAP Architecture
• Python, PowerBI and SQL - essential
