JOB SUMMARY:
A Customer Care Manager is needed with experience in the Telecommunications industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Title: Customer Care Manager
Location: Johannesburg North

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Working closely with the Buyers, Replenishers and senior management of the respective departments.
Initial financial year budget plans for respective departments, based on past performance and future trend / strategy.
Working together with Buyer and Chief Planner to confirm the best budget and strategy.
In-season analysis and adjustment of initial budget based on changes in performance or trend.
Order planning of seasonal / promotional articles.
Planning order quantities, as well as planned delivery dates to align with the time the article will be required in distribution centre as well as stores.
Planning estimated sales quantities for promotional lines.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly review and adjustment of budgeted plans.

Education:

BCom
Finance qualification preferred

Experience:

Telecommunications industry experience
Experience in contact center management
Exposure to finance and contributing to forecasts
Financial acumen
Process and operations management
Strong leadership and team management skill
