Customer Services Representative - Decorative Coatings - East London

SUMMARY:
A well-known Paint Manufacturer and Distributor requires the above to manage the Paint Centre in line with the required customer experience standards, to achieve all budgets and targets within the Paint Centre supporting the strategy on profit, volume and good governance measures.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Minimum Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Previous retail experience having work as a Customer Services Representative within the Retail Paint or Hardware industry is essential. 
• The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SAP B1 or CISTECH.
• The successful candidate should have strong sales and administration skills and the ability to deal with irate Customers.
• The successful candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work within a team environment and operate effectively in a corporate environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide sales and technical service to Customers both instore and telephonically.
• Advise Customers on the various products and attend to their needs.
• Liaise with internal staff regarding stock orders for Customers.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day administration and operations.
• Conduct weekly cycle-counts and stocktaking when required to do so.
• Manage EHS requirements and assist with ad hoc duties.
