POSITION INFO:
This role focuses on developing strong partnerships with an existing customer base while identifying opportunities to expand service usage. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure adoption satisfaction and ongoing engagement, while supporting internal teams to deliver consistent service quality. You will be part of a professional team that values accountability learning and results driven performance.

This position offers variety autonomy and the ability to influence customer outcomes directly, while building a stable career path.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned clients through regular interaction
Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities within the current portfolio
Deliver product guidance onboarding assistance and ongoing user support
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records on internal systems
Identify potential retention concerns and address them proactively
Assist with promotional activities and represent the business at relevant engagements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric or an equivalent qualification is required
A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales Marketing, or a related field, is advantageous
A minimum of 3 years' experience within a customer-facing or sales-focused role
Exposure to financial services payments or banking related environments is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication planning and organisational ability
Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
