JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a modern professional cryptocurrency tax firm, is looking for a Client Success Manager / Data Preparer.

The main mission of the role is to ensure that the company’s clients have a great experience when engaging with them.

Duties will include:

Preparation of blockchain/crypto-related data
Interact with clients globally to obtain the required data
Interact with the data analysis team to ensure data is complete

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

Two years’ experience in customer success-related roles

This role will entail helping clients in South Africa to calculate their cryptocurrency taxes using advanced software. You need not know anything about tax - this is a tech role
