SUMMARY:
We are looking for a technically minded Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role combines hands-on technical support with customer relationship management, including equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Relevant 3-year qualification (Electrical, Clinical Engineering, Medical Technology or similar)
Minimum 1 year experience in a field service / technical support role
Experience working with customers (face-to-face and telephonic)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot technical equipment
Basic understanding of reporting and CRM systems
