POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Do

- Build voice/text bots that make customer interactions smarter
- Develop NLP & QA systems to understand speech, context & compliance
- Create pipelines from speech-to-text to generative AI
- Innovate for low-resource languages and inclusive AI
- Integrate across platforms using APIs, REST, GraphQL, and Azure
- Stay sharp with research in LLMs, voice tech & Responsible AI

Your Stack

Languages: Python (ideal), SQL, R, Java
Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Azure, Docker, Git
Concepts: NLP, TTS/STT, LLMs, MLOps
Bonus: Experience with African language models or BPO speech tech

What You Bring

Honours (or higher) in AI, CS, Data Science, or similar
0–2+ years hands-on experience (NLP/STT/TTS/LLMs a plus)
Some bot or voice tech experience—or eager to learn fast
