SUMMARY:
Take the lead in a key finance function with a reputable and established organisation. We are looking for an accomplished Debtors Manager to oversee the accounts receivable and credit control portfolio. This role is suited to a proactive leader with a strong background in credit management, debt collections, and cash flow optimisation, who thrives on driving performance, improving processes, and delivering outstanding financial results.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Overseeing the full debtor's function Ensuring effective collection of outstanding accounts and the maintenance of healthy cash flow Managing credit applications and credit limits Monitoring debtor ageing Producing collection and cash flow reports Mitigating credit risk Resolving customer account queries Developing and enforcing credit policies Ensuring compliance with relevant regulation Leading the team to achieve collection targets and operational objectives Skills & Experience: Strong debtors, accounts receivable, and credit control experience Proven leadership and team management capabilities Excellent analytical and reporting skills Strong understanding of credit risk management and collections processes Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities System exposure: Sage, Advanced Excel Minimum 5 years' experience in debtors or accounts receivable management At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role Qualification: Degree in Finance or Accounting For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
