Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and guide development teams on best practices
Design and implement system architecture for scalable and secure solutions
Deliver strategic projects within scope, quality, and timeline expectations
Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and development processes
Support, maintain, and enhance existing systems without compromising performance
Mentor junior developers and encourage knowledge sharing within the team
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant development experience
Strong background in building and supporting enterprise-level systems
Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
Strong experience in C# and .Net Core development
Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design
Experience developing and maintaining APIs in high-performance environments
Knowledge of identity and access management solutions
Understanding of modern software architecture patterns, such as microservices
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development best practices
Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data solutions
Experience with API testing tools and integration technologies
Knowledge of clean coding principles and testing frameworks
