SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Lead a Team of developer in developing and implementing application features which directly drive value

Contribute to Architecture instrumentation and perfomance decisions

Participate in Codes Reviews and contribute to team and personal learning 

Coach software developers on software development  best practices

Work with business owners on plannning and preparing for new projects

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people resources and processes required to deliver new software or upgrade existing application 

Take a hands on roles in software development 

Work closely with Business Managers /SME''s to identify the requirements for the new software applications.

Identify the skills needed for each development project and prepare a resourcing plan 

Qualifications

Degree/ Equivalent

Requiremnts 

15 years in IT

10 years Development experience

10 years System analysis experience

10 years managing .net and mobile applications
