Digital Account Manager

A leading travel company is looking for a dynamic Digital Account Manager to work with their partners to support their B2B sales and marketing goals using their internal product training and marketing platform. 

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Digital Account Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
• Building long term and positive relationships with your clients within the travel industry – this will include
   country tourist boards, airline and attraction sales and marketing managers etc
• Working to investigate and understand each client’s specific requirements and goals
• Scope and manage product training courses and the related digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement with that course
• Recommend, design and implement email marketing, website and social media campaigns
• Present to partners showcasing the platforms capabilities
• Analyse the effectiveness of the course and related marketing campaigns through detailed reports – this includes email,  performance reports, course performance reports, membership analysis etc
• Prepare and present reports to clients with the confidence to provide relevant content for the data, answer questions and make recommendations

THE SKILLS REQUIRED

• Min 3 years experience as Digital / Marketing Account Manager
• Consultative approach to understanding clients and building relationships
• In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of email marketing and social medial platforms
• Managing multiple projects across multiple clients.
• Able to utilise audience data/insight to demonstrate ROI
• Production planning and monitoring
• Collating and delivering quarterly/annual reports for clients
• Spotting opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Digging into Analytics for opportunities and wins for client
• Good face-to-face meeting and experience
• Account admin including assisting finance and operations by documenting and updating budget, timelines, requirements etc.
