Role:

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist based in Johannesburg. The main function of this job role is to set up social media campaigns and ensure optimum results for clients. Your recommendations for campaign setups and optimisations will be highly regarded. This role requires the ability to plan ahead and schedule in advance and be dynamic enough to adapt to the ever-changing digital environment. Reports will be required weekly with detailed insights into how campaigns can best perform in the market. Other functions will include building of marketing based digital funnels, emails and SMS campaigns as well as integrating platform connectors to the automation systems.

5 - 8 years working experience in digital marketing
Degree/Diploma in marketing or related field
Experience implementing & managing digital campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Ability to analyse social media insights data
Attention to detail
Work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Able to multitask and manage your time effectively
Team player with excellent communication skills
Passionate about marketing
Up to date with latest marketing innovations and trends
Accountable for work & always delivers with high quality standards
Adaptable to ever-changing client needs

Duties:

Plan and run strategic marketing campaigns for clients
Constant campaign monitoring & improvements to ensure optimal campaign performance
Deliver consistent and dependable campaign results
Construct weekly reports with in-depth insights and recommendations
Engage and assist clients with technical platform implementations
Build email campaigns as and when required
Build landing pages as and when required
Develop and manage relationships with clients
Image compression and speed optimization of funnels
Updating websites for ongoing campaigns
Campaign quality control (Pre and Post campaign)
