SUMMARY:
Digital Associate will assist the digital manager with day to day management FTC

POSITION INFO:

Job Specification

Community Management on owned social media pages for various OTC brands

Day to Day handling of all social channels

Campaign execution via digital channels

Campaign reporting and digital analytics

Influencer Management and Reporting

Collaboration between Traditional OTC / Tx Marketing and Digital Marketing

Analyse competitor activity

Analyse and identify new digital trends that may be useful for our brands

Assistance to the digital manager in creating daily content, managing and maintaining social media marketing platforms, SEO implementation as well as new digital platform research

Managing and collating analytics from various sources, creating reports for teams to review, and liaising with internal teams and agencies on various digital outputs

Manage day to day digital marketing activities, supporting the digital manager 

Community management and content management on various social and digital platforms

Managing the OTC digital marketing analytics and scorecard

Working in a fast-paced marketing environment and managing multiple brands digital deliverables during certain campaign seasons

Keeping updated with the latest technology and offerings in the pharma domain

Minimum Requirements

EE

Marketing or journalism qualification – Higher Diploma or Degree 

1 to 2 years experience in a social media marketing or junior digital media marketing role

Previous experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals would be beneficial 

Digitally savvy and excellent social media management skills and content curation

Familiar with technology platforms and good knowledge of digital platforms and systems such as SEO, Website management, Newsletter marketing, online advertising 

Thinker – who can bring together all the data and create analytics to identify key insights

Self-Starter – able to think like an entrepreneur and integrate into various teams
