Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/PPC/SEM)

SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic and fast growing Financial/Insurance company requires the services of a Digital Marketing Specialist, East Rand

POSITION INFO:

Skill requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of marketing/communication
• Experience within a Financial Services sector and/or Union organizations would be advantageous.
• Experience managing PPC and SEO programmes and understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC and SEM.
• Assist in overseeing the social media strategy for the company alongside other marketing department team members.
• Assisting online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Assisting with any redesign of the company websites.
• Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data derived from digital channels.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Management of paid social media campaigns.
• Management and set up of AdWords campaigns.
• Implement and actively monitor media campaigns to optimize relevance and impact.
• Produce and distribute emailing and newsletters to announce, inform or promote new offers.
• Upload weekly articles and share them on social networks (inc. LinkedIn groups) identified.
• Produce reports of activity.
• Ensure that the documents used by the sales team are branded and up to date.
• Develop print material and branding strategy for employee use.

Salary: R20k – R30k CTC p/m
