JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role

You will be expected to grow awareness & drive adoption for the company by producing SEO content for the website
Create more blog content.
Manage & maintain the website and build new landing pages
Ensure projects are completed within timelines provided to the SEO agency
Ability to understand and improve on achieving objectives thru quality goal setting
Quality assurance checks (revisit, optimise & improve) on content and website functionality
Create various forms of content(Direct customer comms, web, social media, paid advertising etc.)
Social media campaign management and content creation (from concept to copywriting and incentives while working closely with design)

Key relationship: Work with designers to create engaging content

Understanding & experience required:

Analytics tools to report on the performance of website, social media & direct marketing campaigns and content
Implement tracking methods using tags across digital platforms and customer communications.
Identify new channels and platforms to engage relevant audiences to acquire new users

3+ years experience in digital marketing
Strong copywriting & content creation (short and long-form.)
CRM tools
CMS systems for managing website
Google Analytics and Tableau.
Google Tag manager

Previous experience, you've worked within the fintech space or a startup that is swiftly scaling.
