POSITION INFO:
A leading player in the industrial automation and smart technology sector is looking for an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to drive partner growth and regional market expansion across the SADC region. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with strong experience in channel sales, contract management, and partner onboarding—particularly within the mining and industrial consumables sectors.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• ✅ Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commercial management, or a related field
• ✅ Proven experience in channel/distribution sales at a regional level
• ✅ In-depth understanding of contract law and contract management
• ✅ Valid passport and ability to travel across the SADC region (approx. 50%)

• 🤝 Strong background in partner onboarding, development, and performance management
• 📈 Able to develop and implement business plans with distributors to drive growth
• 📂 Experience drafting and managing distribution contracts and commercial agreements
• 💼 Clear understanding of commercial risk, pricing models, and negotiation strategies
• 🔍 Ability to work independently, manage regional reporting, and monitor KPIs
• 🌍 Mining or industrial consumables sector exposure is advantageous
