POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a Divisional Finance Manager (Equity only) who is a qualified Chartered Accountant to perform the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

Xero:Â Â Monthly review of support accounts on Xero. Includes the review of the trial balance, fixed assets and balance sheet recons;Â Â Review of journals processed;Â Review of month-end file which includes reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and financial reports;Â Â Financial reporting within Axapta.

Maintain Bank Accounts
Goodwill Impairment
Risk / Board / Audit Comm Packs
Insurance:
Share Options
CSI
Year-end Packs
Policies
Budgets and Forecasts:
Flash and management accounts:
External Audit
Additional:Â Ad-hoc queries as and when required to be dealt with (Assisting in Due diligence for prospective subsidiaries. Divisional tax reviews. Corporate governance and Risk reviews for the division. IFRS 15 impact on individual business in the division. Assistance in unbundling exercises within the division.)

Experience

2 to 3 yearsâ€™ experience as an audit manager at the Top 4 audit firms.
Or 3 to 4 yearâ€™s post article experience with 1 to 2 yearsâ€™ experience in a finance role.

Education or qualifications

BCom degree in Accounting; and
BCom Honours degree in Accounting; and
Registered CA(SA)
