Travel Package R18,203.00 p/m

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
JOB PURPOSE:
To implement the organization's reward strategy so that its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's desired internal and external market position

EDUCATION
â Relevant Remuneration Qualification or BCom Degree in Human Resources Management
â Advanced Computer Literacy
â Registration with SARA would be added bonus

EXPERIENCE

8 -10 years experience in Remuneration, benefits, rewards, payroll, pension, retirement, risk, medical aid, etc.
5 – 10 years of experience in a managerial role
Payroll experience essential
