POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:
- This role will report to our CFO.
- EE Candidates Only
- SAP BPC exp ess
- CA SA + 6 years post articles Financial management experience
- +5 years in Senior Financial Controls position
- Detailed knowledge of all financial policies, procedures and processes, capital expenditure, contract management legal aspects, income statements, balances sheets,  reporting; internal controls IFRS and Tax, Income tax and local legislations.

Job Description
- Manage financial and statutory compliance for all entities within the sales area
- Manage the maintenance and governance of key financial policies and processes, and
general accepted Company processes.
- Manage the overall financial compliance of all entities in relation to, but not limited to, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, IFRS, Income Act, VAT Act, King Code, Treasury Covenant.
- Manage the preparation of annual financial statements for all respective entities in accordance
with the applicable financial framework and audit requirements.
- Manage statutory governance and compliance in accordance with Company’s Act, Income
Tax Act and all other pertinent legislation in relation to the SLA’s for other legal entities within the Group.
- Manage requisite transfer pricing governance in accordance with income tax and Reserve Bank requirements.
- Manage treasury activities inclusive of controls, risk management, compliance and operational support to business
- Provide support in the management and coordination of external shareholders relationships.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of all financial reports for board meetings & audit committee meetings
- Manage the preparation of information for the BBBEE audits.
- Manage current ERP systems, upgrades and changes in ERP structures inclusive of new system implementations, as well as expanded changes on current systems according to the Business Area.
- Customer credit control
- Oversee and Control all financial data integrity on - Financial Reporting & close
- Tax review and compliance
- Insurance portfolio management
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and assessment of internal controls
- Leadership of the Financial Control Organization
