POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Purpose of JOB:
To understand the Human Capital (HC) business environment and provide central updates to: Organisation management through accurate and timeous foundation object and position administration; management of workflows and administering role based permissions; monitoring various interfaces, replication and integration points.
To analyse and incorporate priorities and impact on systems and operations due to operationalisation from projects or change initiatives.
Be involved in various Human Capital systems and will be required to provide different levels of support, maintenance and system testing.
Meet monthly tasks and deadlines relating to reporting and system extracts, uploads and updates.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
Matric / Grade 12.
Degree or Diploma in related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems administration on ERP solutions.
2 years SAP Success - Factors EC Core Position management experience preferred.
Extensive knowledge in the field of Organisation Management.
Experience in management of Workflow in SAP ERP solutions – Success Factors preferred.
Ability to maintain and manage SAP Foundation objects – Success Factors experience preferred.
Above average Excel skills.
Exposure to SumTotal Performance Management or Learner Management systems (advantageous).
