EXECUTIVE PA TO THE GROUP CEO OF A GROUP OF DEALERSHIPS R40000 - R70000 / NORTHOur client who owns several dealerships in Johannesburg, such as Chery, Omoda & Jaecoo, is looking for a top PA to the Group CEO.Grade 12, with a relevant degree / diploma, and must be able to work in corporate dealer group environment.

Minimum of 5 - 7 years supporting a Founder, Entrepreneur, or C-Suite Executive. Proven ability to manage high-pressure, fast paced executive environment. Exceptional written and verbal English communication - ability to refine and professionalize correspondence. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, calendar management, and workflow tools - Notion, ClickUp or equivalent. Strong business acumen, capable of synthesizing business discussions into structured outputs.

Must thrive in a rapid, fast environment, and stay calm, be able to read situations, and manage them, convert instructions into execution efficiently and independently and handle confidential information with absolute professionalism. Strong automotive knowledge, able to interpret and explain - vehicle systems, technical specs, mechanical and electrical fundamentals, and be an exceptional communicator and facilitator.

Digital literacy - MS Office Suite, Zoho and project management platforms, Canva and AI tool proficiency is an advantage.
